Ryan Walsh

Hello, my name is Ryan Walsh. I am a certified personal trainer at the Power Shack and the current strength and conditioning coordinator for the Ohio State University’s club football team. I specialize in increasing strength and agility for athletes of all ages and levels. My general availability ranges from any time after 4 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. I am also available anytime after noon on weekends.


Anya Edwards

Hi, I’m Anya, a dedicated and certified personal trainer passionate about empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and wellness. Currently pursuing a career in physical therapy, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and expertise to help clients overcome a wide range of challenges.

With a focus on correcting form, healing fascia, and providing personalized nutritional coaching, I create customized programs that simplify your lifestyle and promote sustainable results. My clients range from athletes to seniors, and I’ve successfully helped individuals overcome issues like rotator cuff problems, shoulder pain, and mobility concerns.

My approach is centered around empowering you with the knowledge and tools to achieve long-term success, not dependence on me. David Verhage

Hi, I’m David! I am a certified personal trainer here at PowerShack. Growing up, I did a lot of biking and eventually joined the school track team. I started lifting in 2021, and my love for it has only grown since. I have a deep appreciation for the methods and benefits of many types of exercise. I am committed to emphasizing short-term wins and long-term goals. Whether you are focusing on preventative health or athletic gains, I am ready to help you achieve greatness.


Lorenzo Blake

As a NASM Certified Physique & Bodybuilding Coach and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, I provide structured, evidence-based training and nutrition programs designed to deliver real results. My expertise lies in helping clients build muscle, reduce body fat, and improve overall performance through disciplined, sustainable methods. In addition to general fitness and physique transformations, I also work with athletes preparing for bodybuilding competitions—developing personalized strategies to optimize stage readiness, conditioning, and presentation. My goal is to empower every client to achieve lasting success with confidence and precision.

Meredith Davison

Hi, my name is Meredith! I began experimenting with lifting when COVID hit in 2020. Before lifting, I had been a part of dance and gymnastics for eleven years, starting at just the age of three. The sudden elimination of activity in life made it apparent just how important keeping my body moving is; thus, I began lifting weights to replace the exercise I had been receiving from dance and gymnastics. Over the summer of 2024, I decided to work towards my certification to become a personal trainer because I wanted to share my love for staying active with other people. I have gained a lot of knowledge through my lifting on the best ways to work different muscles. It brightens my day to teach others how to do the same and see them apply what I have taught. I typically include a mix of both strength and muscular endurance training in my lifts to build muscle and maintain strength. Over the years, with a proper training regimen, I have found myself happier and healthier, so I hope to spread that positivity!

Jake Landtiser

Hello, my name is Jake. Originally from Los Angeles, I am now proud to call Columbus home. Growing up, I was always active and played collegiate soccer, which fueled my passion for fitness. As a certified personal trainer and the general manager at Power Shack Gym, I am dedicated to helping my clients and those around me achieve their goals. I am confident that, after working with me, you will feel empowered and motivated on your fitness journey

Zayde Gastaldo

Hi. My name is Zayde Gastaldo, and fitness has been a passion of mine since a young age. As a former high-performing baseball player and track athlete, I bring years of experience in speed, agility, strength, and conditioning to my training. I will work with clients on everything from strength and conditioning to speed and athletic performance, with a supportive approach that challenges you to push past limits and become the best version of yourself.

I wanted to take the time to post and really just share how amazed and overly satisfied I am with Power Shack Gym in Hilliard. I’ve never been a member at a gym that takes the the time to know your name, where you work, how you’re doing and genuinely care about what you’re lifting. If there were more gyms like this, I truly believe it would make more people dive into their fitness and become healthier because they actually care about you getting physically fit. If you’re ever near the Columbus area they have four locations surrounding downtown in the burbs. Check them out and see what a real local gym should look and operate.

Power shack is definitely a good gym. I’ve been a member here for the last 2 years and prior to that I jumped from gym to gym, trying to find a gym that is fairly priced, with clean equipment, good staff, and not packed. I can say that this a gym that has all of that. Rarely do I find myself having to wait on equipment and I’ve been able to consistently reach my goals with the equipment that they have. Highly recommend!
